Our products are naturally fermented using a combination of traditional & modern techniques. We age them for appropriate times as opposed to using higher temperatures or adding flavour additives like sugar and MSG to produce quick, unaged Miso & Soy Sauce.


Furthermore our products are unpasteurized, meaning there are live microbes & enzymes which aids

digestion & provides a nutritious balance of carbs, protein, essential oils, vitamins and minerals.
