SOY CHILLI BLEND

One of our favorite Misos.

Both the chillies and soybeans have been fermented individually and then blended to create the perfect spiced Miso. You get a lovely fruitiness from the scotch bonnets.

Even though we have used King Chillies, do not expect this to burn your throats, it's used ever so subtly to enhance its flavour, making it delicious and extremely versatile. 

Ingredients: Organic White Soybeans, Scotch Bonnets, King Chilli, Rice Culture (Koji), Salt

• Fermented in Goa

This product is made with live active cultures. Please keep refrigerated.

Best Before: 6 months from PKD

Our best-by date is only an indicator to inform you that our miso's will be at peak quality for at least that given amount of time or a couple of months past that. 

Past that time our miso's dont go bad, but they might degrade slightly in terms of quality, color and taste (less, sweet, more funky) due to it's live nature. 

We have generally found our Miso's to be good for upto a year (store in freezer to maintain best quality)
