I really don't have any names for some of the stuff I make, just inspiration and with what ferments I have in my pantry.
The bangin sauce recipe below:

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฒ๐ฎ
- 1.5 tbspย ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข ๐๐ข๐ฅ
- 1 tbsp ย ๐๐๐ฌ๐ก๐๐ฐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ
- 2 tbspย ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ซ ๐ ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฃ๐ข ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐
- 1 tbsp Vinegar

1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
Instructions:

Use a lil bit of the noodle water to mix it up.
- Straight into the wok add some oil with your garlic, ginger, lemongrass and chilli of choice (I used jalapenos).
- Fry it off a lil and then add the basil. In go your veggies, quick wok action (remember to keep them crunchy).ย
- Splash of vinegar and then add the sauce & noodles. Mix it up and finish with some fermented bamboo shoots.
