- 145ml stockย
- 12gย ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐๐ค๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ
- 10-12ml soy sauce
- 15ml oat milkย
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat up mushroom or any stock in a pot. Add in the shitake miso and whisk.
- Season with soy sauce.ย
- Add in nut milk of choice.

Pro Tip: You can choose to add a tsp ofย ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐๐ค๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ to give it a nice glossiness and some more of that gorgeous earthy, sweet & buttery shitake flavour.
