ROASTED CASHEWS IN TAMARI REDUCTION w/ CRISPY CURRY LEAVES

Ingredients:ย 

  • 50ml Mirinย 
  • 22mlย ๐‚๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐Ÿ ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ฒ๐ฎย orย ๐’๐ฆ๐จ๐ค๐ž๐ ๐“๐จ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐จ ๐“๐š๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ข

Instructions:ย 

  1. Add mirin in a pot, high heat to burn off the alcohol. Add the ๐‚๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐Ÿ ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ฒ๐ฎ
    and then reduce it on med-low heat.
  2. Roasted cashews at 155 C for 5 mins, then added the glaze and roasted again for 5-7 mins. Left in the oven for a few mins and then topped off with fried curry leaves and a touch of black pepper.
  3. Roasty Toasty Salty Treats.
