OYSTER MUSHROOM STIR FRY

Ingredients: 

 

Directions:

  1. Oil in pan along with the shitake miso butter. Fry off the garlic and chillies, just for them to let out their aroma. 
  2. In go the onions on high heat. Saute for 30-45 seconds and then add in the green capsicum and oyster mushrooms.
  3. Saute for a bit and then add in your Vegan Oyster Sauce and deglaze the pan with the tamari, water & vinegar mixture. 
  4. Finish it off with 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐎𝐢𝐥 and garnish with Spring Onions. Enjoy with piping hot steamed rice.
