Ingredients:
- Oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1-2 chillies
- 1tbsp 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨
- 1tbsp Sweet Shiitake Essence
- 1tbsp 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢 + 1/2tbsp stock + ½ tsp rice wine vinegar
- ½ Onion – thinly sliced
- 1 small - Med Capsicum julienned
- 1 bunch Oyster Mushrooms
Directions:
- Oil in pan along with the shitake miso butter. Fry off the garlic and chillies, just for them to let out their aroma.
- In go the onions on high heat. Saute for 30-45 seconds and then add in the green capsicum and oyster mushrooms.
- Saute for a bit and then add in your Vegan Oyster Sauce and deglaze the pan with the tamari, water & vinegar mixture.
- Finish it off with 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐎𝐢𝐥 and garnish with Spring Onions. Enjoy with piping hot steamed rice.
