HUMMUS w/ INSTANT MISO

Ingredients: 

Directions:

  1. Soak and boil chickpeas. 
  2. Reserve some of the water.
  3. Add tahini, lemon juice and a bit of chickpea water to blender. Blend and then add the remaining ingredients except the oil.
  4. Use the oil and chickpea water to get it to a smooth consistency.
