Ingredients:
- 250g cooked chickpeas
- 1tbsp Tahini
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 20g Instant Miso Soup
- Lemon Juice
- Chickpea Water
- Olive Oil
- Shiitake Chilli Crisp
Directions:
- Soak and boil chickpeas.
- Reserve some of the water.
- Add tahini, lemon juice and a bit of chickpea water to blender. Blend and then add the remaining ingredients except the oil.
- Use the oil and chickpea water to get it to a smooth consistency.
