These might look a little light but boy does it pack some serious flavour.
Made with a simple mix of BKB's holy trinity
Ingredients:

1.5 tbspย Sweet Shiitake Essence
1.5 tbspย ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข ๐๐ข๐ฅ
Instructions:ย
- Here I mixed them with a bit of shitake water and some toasted sesame oil.ย
- Heat up your wok, shine it up with a blend of neutral and sesame oil. Add in some garlic & ginger, saute for 30-35secs and then add some sliced Onion and Napa Cabbage.
- Deglaze with some Shoaxing Wine Vinegar and then load the wok up with some freshly sliced Shitakes.
- Cook it for a 2-3 mins and then smother it with the sauce and some noodle water/stock.ย
- Garnish with some spring onions and toasted white sesame seeds.ย
