These might look a little light but boy does it pack some serious flavour.
Made with a simple mix of BKB's holy trinity
Ingredients:
2 tbspΒ πππ’π« π

1.5 tbspΒ Sweet Shiitake Essence
1.5 tbspΒ ππ’π¬π¨ ππ‘π’π₯π₯π’ ππ’π₯
Instructions:Β
- Here I mixed them with a bit of shitake water and some toasted sesame oil.Β
- Heat up your wok, shine it up with a blend of neutral and sesame oil. Add in some garlic & ginger, saute for 30-35secs and then add some sliced Onion and Napa Cabbage.
- Deglaze with some Shoaxing Wine Vinegar and then load the wok up with some freshly sliced Shitakes.
- Cook it for a 2-3 mins and then smother it with the sauce and some noodle water/stock.Β
- Garnish with some spring onions and toasted white sesame seeds.Β
