CBG MUSHROOM SAUCE

Nothing fancy about the Shrooms here, but all the magic comes from the intensity of our π‚πšπ¬π‘πžπ° & 𝐁π₯𝐚𝐜𝐀 π†πšπ«π₯𝐒𝐜 𝐌𝐒𝐬𝐨

It's an all round winner.Β 

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add EVOO to a non-stick pan on med heat.Β 
  2. Garlic goes in straight away, more so to flavour the oil itself.Β 
  3. After about 45-60 secs add in the onions and lets them caramelize.Β 
  4. Deglaze with a splash of White Wine Vinegar and add in the mushrooms.Β 
  5. Season lightly with salt and let it sweat for a couple mins.Β 
  6. Once the mushroom liquid has evaporated, add in the Tamari and allow the onion & mushrooms to caramelize on low heat further.
  7. Add to a blender with the Miso, Yoghurt, Parmesan and Black Pepper. Blend till smooth.Β
