MISO JALAPENO TAHINI

Perfect to spice up your mid-week meals, add it to your salads, wraps, use it as a pita dip, season your hummus or enjoy it in a yoghurt dressing

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 inch piece ginger (peeled)
  • 2-3 jalapeños
  • Small bunch coriander stems
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 100g tahini
  • 1 tbsp Curry Leaf Tamari
  • 20g BKB Sweet Chickpea Miso 
  • 1tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
