SUNDRIED TOMATO MISO PESTO

This pesto is not traditional or authentic, but it is unbelievably delicious. Slap it on some bread, toss your pasta with it, make a salad dressing.

 

Ingredients: 

 

  • 180 sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 2 cloves of garlic (peeled)
  • 3-4 tbsp pine nuts toasted
  • 1 tbsp Cashew Miso 
  • 1/2 tbsp Koji Hot Sauce 
  • 20-25g Parmesan Cheese
  • 85-90ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
