SUNDRIED TOMATO MISO PESTO
This pesto is not traditional or authentic, but it is unbelievably delicious. Slap it on some bread, toss your pasta with it, make a salad dressing.
Ingredients:
- 180 sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic (peeled)
- 3-4 tbsp pine nuts toasted
- 1 tbsp Cashew Miso
- 1/2 tbsp Koji Hot Sauce
- 20-25g Parmesan Cheese
- 85-90ml Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
