
SPICY SHIRATAKI COLD NOODLES

Tried out shirataki noodles yesterday for no particular reason, just that I really enjoy the texture of them in cold dishes.
Sauce
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐞𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨
• 1.5 tbsp 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐎𝐢𝐥
• 1.5 tbsp 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐟 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐲𝐮
Combine in a bowl with 1tbsp of warm water and blend. Set a bit of the sauce aside for final plating.
Drain and wash the Shirataki Noodles. Soak them in the sauce and leave in fridge for 30 mins.
Top with
• 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨 𝐊𝐢𝐦𝐜𝐡𝐢 / Napa Cabbage Kimchi
• Sliced Cucumber 🥒
Finally dusted with 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐞𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐝𝐞𝐫. It packs a punch.
