
SPICY MISO SCRAMBLED EGGS

β’ 1tsp butter
β’ 1tbspΒ ππ©π’πππ ππ‘π’ππ€π©ππ ππ’π¬π¨Β Β
β’ 1tbsp water
β’ 2 eggs
Combine miso & luke warm water in a bowl and stir to even consistency. Add in the eggs and whisk to combine. Add a tsp of ππ¦π¨π€ππ ππ¨π¦πππ¨ πππ¦ππ«π’ (optional), this gives it a nice aroma and smokey flavour.Β

Heat butter in a pan, on low-med heat, add in the miso egg mix. Keep stirring regularly, remove just when about set.
Top with spring onion, chilli oil, soy sauce or just have as is.
I had mine with a tiny amt of ππ’π¬π¨ ππ‘π’π₯π₯π’ ππ’π₯, some spring onions and a powder made from red cabbage sauerkraut.
