SPICY MISO SCRAMBLED EGGS

β€’ 1tsp butter
β€’ 1tbspΒ π’π©π’πœπžπ π‚π‘π’πœπ€π©πžπš 𝐌𝐒𝐬𝐨  
β€’ 1tbsp water
β€’ 2 eggs

Combine miso & luke warm water in a bowl and stir to even consistency. Add in the eggs and whisk to combine. Add a tsp of π’π¦π¨π€πžπ π“π¨π¦πšπ­π¨ π“πšπ¦πšπ«π’ (optional), this gives it a nice aroma and smokey flavour.Β

Heat butter in a pan, on low-med heat, add in the miso egg mix. Keep stirring regularly, remove just when about set.

Top with spring onion, chilli oil, soy sauce or just have as is.

I had mine with a tiny amt of 𝐌𝐒𝐬𝐨 𝐂𝐑𝐒π₯π₯𝐒 𝐎𝐒π₯, some spring onions and a powder made from red cabbage sauerkraut.
