I really don't have any names for some of the stuff I make, just inspiration and with what ferments I have in my pantry.
The bangin sauce recipe below:

Ingredients:
โข 1 tbspย ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฒ๐ฎ
โข 1.5 tbspย ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข ๐๐ข๐ฅ
โข 1 tbspย ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ก๐๐ฐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ
โข 2 tbspย ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ซ ๐
๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฃ๐ข ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐
โข 1 tbsp Vinegar
โข 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
Use a lil bit of the noodle water to mix it up
Straight into the wok add some oil with your garlic, ginger, lemongrass and chilli of choice (I used jalapenos). Fry it off a lil and then add the basil. In go your veggies, quick wok action (remember to keep them crunchy). Splash of vinegar and then add the sauce & noodles. Mix it up and finish with some fermented bamboo shoots.
