INGREDIENTS:ย
145ml stockย
12gย ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐๐ค๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ
10-12ml soy sauce
15ml oat milkย

DIRECTIONS:
Heat up mushroom or any stock in a pot. Add in the shitake miso and whisk.ย
Season with soy sauce.ย
Add in nut milk of choice ย

Pro Tip: You can choose to add a tsp ofย ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐๐ค๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซย to give it a nice glossiness and some more of that gorgeous earthy, sweet & buttery shitake flavour.
