ROASTED SHITAKE MISO BROTH w/ SILKEN TOFU

INGREDIENTS:ย 

145ml stockย 

12gย ๐‘๐จ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐’๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐Œ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ

10-12ml soy sauce

15ml oat milkย 

ย 

DIRECTIONS:

Heat up mushroom or any stock in a pot. Add in the shitake miso and whisk.ย 

Season with soy sauce.ย 

Add in nut milk of choice ย

Pro Tip: You can choose to add a tsp ofย ๐‘๐จ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐’๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐Œ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซย to give it a nice glossiness and some more of that gorgeous earthy, sweet & buttery shitake flavour.
