Add mirin in a pot, high heat to burn off the alcohol. Add the ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฒ๐ฎ and then reduce it on med-low heat.
Roasted cashews at 155 C for 5 mins, then added the glaze and roasted again for 5-7 mins. Left in the oven for a few mins and then topped off with fried curry leaves and a touch of black pepper.
