OYSTER MUSHROOM STIR FRY

Ingredients: 

Oil 

3 cloves garlic 

1-2 chillies 

1tbsp 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨

1tbsp Sweet Shiitake Essence 

1tbsp 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢 + 1/2tbsp stock + ½ tsp rice wine vinegar 

½ Onion – thinly sliced

1 small - Med Capsicum julienned 

1 bunch Oyster Mushrooms 

In go the onions on high heat. Saute for 30-45 seconds and then add in the green capsicum and oyster mushrooms. Saute for a bit and then add in your Vegan Oyster Sauce and deglaze the pan with the tamari, water & vinegar mixture. 

 

Finish it off with 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐎𝐢𝐥 and garnish with Spring Onions. Enjoy with piping hot steamed rice.

 

Directions:

Oil in pan along with the shitake miso butter. Fry off the garlic and chillies, just for them to let out their aroma.
