
MISO EGG FRIED RICE (CARBONARA STYLE)

his is my take on a Miso Egg Fried Rice we had for dinner last night.
It's bloody tasty and will leave you wanting more.
Miso Egg Sauce
Ingredients:
β’ 1 whole egg + 2 yolks
β’ 1 tbspΒ ππ©π’πππ ππ‘π’ππ€π©ππ ππ’π¬π¨
β’ 2.5 tbspΒ ππ’π¬π¨ ππ‘π’π₯π₯π’ ππ’π₯Β w/ sediment
β’ 2.5 tbspΒ ππ¦π¨π€ππ ππ¨π¦πππ¨ πππ¦ππ«π’Β
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Β
β’ 2 cups rice
β’ Chopped Kimchi & Spring Onions

Add the egg mixture to room temp rice and heat up gently in a pan so that it just coats the rice in a creamy sauce manner, without really cooking/scrambling it. You can amp up the heat with more chilli oil or fresh chillies.
Finish off with some spring onions and chopped kimchi (add a bit of its juice for some tanginess too)Β
