MISO EGG FRIED RICE (CARBONARA STYLE)

his is my take on a Miso Egg Fried Rice we had for dinner last night.

It's bloody tasty and will leave you wanting more.

Miso Egg Sauce

Ingredients:
β€’ 1 whole egg + 2 yolks
β€’ 1 tbspΒ π’π©π’πœπžπ π‚π‘π’πœπ€π©πžπš 𝐌𝐒𝐬𝐨
β€’ 2.5 tbsp 𝐌𝐒𝐬𝐨 𝐂𝐑𝐒π₯π₯𝐒 𝐎𝐒π₯Β w/ sediment
β€’ 2.5 tbspΒ π’π¦π¨π€πžπ π“π¨π¦πšπ­π¨ π“πšπ¦πšπ«π’Β 

Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Β 

β€’ 2 cups rice
β€’ Chopped Kimchi & Spring Onions

Β 

Add the egg mixture to room temp rice and heat up gently in a pan so that it just coats the rice in a creamy sauce manner, without really cooking/scrambling it. You can amp up the heat with more chilli oil or fresh chillies.

Finish off with some spring onions and chopped kimchi (add a bit of its juice for some tanginess too)Β
