Basically combine 100g room temp butter with 50-65g miso (depending how strong/salty the miso flavour is)
You can flavour them additionally as well, by adding chopped coriander, chilli powder, oregano etc.
Whisk and then fold/shape in a cling wrap or set in your desired container as is in the fridge for a few hrs or overnight.
Whole bunch can be done with this butter, this morning we used it to saute some onions and carrots for Upma-mi breakfast this morning
Maybe a simple miso buttered rice for lunch with soup, saute/roast your veggies, add to sauces to emulsify, elevate a simple homemade mayonnaise.
