HOLY TRINITY NOODLES

These might look a little light but boy does it pack some serious flavour.

Made with a simple mix of BKB's holy trinity

Ingredients:

2 tbsp 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐫 𝐅𝐫𝐲 𝐊𝐨𝐣𝐢 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞
1.5 tbsp Sweet Shiitake Essence
1.5 tbsp 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐎𝐢𝐥

 

Here I mixed them with a bit of shitake water and some toasted sesame oil. 

Heat up your wok, shine it up with a blend of neutral and sesame oil. Add in some garlic & ginger, saute for 30-35secs and then add some sliced Onion and Napa Cabbage. Deglaze with some Shoaxing Wine Vinegar and then load the wok up with some freshly sliced Shitakes. Cook it for a 2-3 mins and then smother it with the sauce and some noodle water/stock. 

Garnish with some spring onions and toasted white sesame seeds.
