It's an all round winner.Β

Ingredients:
1 packet button mushroomsΒ
1 med onion finely choppedΒ
2-3 cloves of garlicΒ
Extra Virgin Olive OilΒ
1 tbspΒ ππ¦π¨π€ππ ππ¨π¦πππ¨ πππ¦ππ«π’
1 tbspΒ πππ¬π‘ππ° & ππ₯πππ€ πππ«π₯π’π ππ’π¬π¨
2 tbsp milk (can use oat or soy as well)Β
White Wine VinegarΒ
1/2 tbsp YoghurtΒ
Handful of ParmesanΒ
Black Pepper (optional)

Directions:
Add EVOO to a non-stick pan on med heat.Β
Garlic goes in straight away, more so to flavour the oil itself.Β
After about 45-60 secs add in the onions and lets them caramelize.Β
Deglaze with a splash of White Wine Vinegar and add in the mushrooms.Β
Season lightly with salt and let it sweat for a couple mins.Β
Once the mushroom liquid has evaporated, add in the Tamari and allow the onion & mushrooms to caramelize on low heat further.Β
Add to a blender with the Miso, Yoghurt, Parmesan and Black Pepper. Blend till smooth.Β
