MISO JALAPENO TAHINI
Perfect to spice up your mid-week meals, add it to your salads, wraps, use it as a pita dip, season your hummus or enjoy it in a yoghurt dressing
Ingredients:
1 inch piece ginger (peeled)
2-3 jalapeños
Small bunch coriander stems
1-2 garlic cloves
100g tahini
1 tbsp Curry Leaf Tamari
20g Sweet Chickpea Miso
1tsp Lemon Juice
1tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
