Tried out shirataki noodles yesterday for no particular reason, just that I really enjoy the texture of them in cold dishes.
Sauce
Ingredients:
โข 2 tbsp ย ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ค๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ
โข 1.5 tbspย ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข ๐๐ข๐ฅ
โข 1.5 tbsp ย ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฒ๐ฎย
Combine in a bowl with 1tbsp of warm water and blend. Set a bit of the sauce aside for final plating.
Drain and wash the Shirataki Noodles. Soak them in the sauce and leave in fridge for 30 mins.
Top with
