SPICY SHIRATAKI COLD NOODLES

Tried out shirataki noodles yesterday for no particular reason, just that I really enjoy the texture of them in cold dishes.

Sauce

Ingredients:
โ€ข 2 tbsp ย ๐’๐ฉ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ค๐ฉ๐ž๐š ๐Œ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ
โ€ข 1.5 tbspย ๐Œ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข ๐Ž๐ข๐ฅ
โ€ข 1.5 tbsp ย ๐‚๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐Ÿ ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ฒ๐ฎย 

Combine in a bowl with 1tbsp of warm water and blend. Set a bit of the sauce aside for final plating.

Drain and wash the Shirataki Noodles. Soak them in the sauce and leave in fridge for 30 mins.

Top with

Finally dusted with ๐’๐ฉ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐œ๐ค๐ฉ๐ž๐š ๐Œ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ž๐ซ. It packs a punch.ย
