Ingredients:
- 100g Unsalted Butter
- 65g 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐞𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐨
- 10g Tomato Paste
- Zest of ½ Lime
- 2-3 Coriander Roots (finely minced)
Get the butter up to room temp. Whisk all together and store in fridge.
How to Use:
- Spread it on toasts & sandwiches.
- Add dollops of it to your braised meats.
- Make a Spiced Butter Pasta/Spaghetti.
- Perfect addition to Pav Bhaji and Aloo Paratha.
