HUMMUS w/ INSTANT MISO

ngredients: 

250g cooked chickpeas 

1tbsp Tahini 

2-3 garlic cloves

20g Instant Miso

Lemon Juice 

Chickpea Water 

Olive Oil 

Shiitake Chilli Crisp 

 

Directions:

Soak and boil chickpeas. 

Reserve some of the water.

Add tahini, lemon juice and a bit of chickpea water to blender. Blend and then add the remaining ingredients except the oil.

Use the oil and chickpea water to get it to a smooth consistency.
